What is Kojic Dipalmitate
Kojic Dipalmitate was discovered as a natural product derived from a mushroom plant in Japan.  It has been known to successfully lighten pigment spots and skin discolouration.

How does Kojic Dipalmitate work?
On a molecular level, melanin is produced in the body from the conversion (in several steps) of the amino acid, tyrosine.  The conversion requires the enzyme known as tyrosinase.  Kojic Dipalmitate can prevent the tyrosinase activity through synthesising reaction with its antioxidant.

Why does Kojic Dipalmitate work?
Kojic Dipalmitate is known as a better inhibitory effect on tyrosines than any other skin whitening agent.  It is safe to human health and is a pure 98% natural material.  When compared to other skin lightening agents, such as hydroquinone, a synthetic agent which can cause skin irritations and has been used for more than a decade.  Kojic Dipalmitate is known in the cosmetic "world" to be a stable and effective ingredient that produces effective results in evening skin tone, skin discolouration, reducing dark circles, resulting in a complexion that is luminous and more youthful in appearance.  It is suitable for all skin types.

Timescales

Results vary between 4 and 6 weeks depending on the skins original condition.  For the best results, products should be used 2 to 3 times a day and the Lighter and Brighter mask, three times a week to begin the lighter and brighter regime.  Using the product occasionally will take longer to achieve noticeable results.  It is always advisable to use a sun block in addition to the product if you are exposing yourself to sunlight

• Do the products work on all colours of skin?
  Yes, white skins can use them to get rid of hormonal pigmentation and all shades from olive to dark brown skin, can see changes in their skin colour.
• Can I use the products around the eye area for dark circles?
  Yes, make sure not to get the product in the eye and use sparingly in that area to avoid drips into the eye.
• Can I use the products on the lips?
  We are not aware of any problems with using this product on the lips.  Please do a patch test before using
  
  

Active Ingredients
Kojic Dipalmitate - it is a natural product derived from a mushroom discovered in Japan in 1989 and has been successfully used to lighten the skin.

Unlike other products used for similar purposes it is not harsh on the skin.  It's anti-oxidising properties, while being beneficial for the skin, also helps to preserve the products effectiveness.  Kojic Dipalmitate penetrates upper skin layers to inhibit the formation of pigment.  The upper layer is lightened while the deeper layers remain darker.

Lemon Extract - Helps to promote a lighter and brighter looking skin at the same time revitalising the skin and reducing the signs of aging.

Lactic Acid - Acts as an exfoliant, removing dead skin layers and revealing new, light, glowing skin.

Vitamin E - Deminishes the appearance of fine lines, helps to even out the complexion, brings a glow to the skin and improves its appearance.

Aloe Vera - Is popularly thought to have cooling, soothing, rehydrating and cell protecting properties.
